Author retains the right to resell this work at any price to anyone else, or stop selling it at any time.
Buyer acquires the copyright to any derivative works created using this work, provided that none of the original unedited materials can be extracted from the derivative work by any means. If Author can show that any of the original unedited material can be extracted from Buyer's derivative work, Author can demand both the original and derivative work, and all copies thereof, are deleted. Author may also revoke this license if the Buyer has violated it. For example, Buyer cannot make an image on a transparent or solid one-color background, such that the original stock can be cut & pasted from the image. This is only meant to protect the Author from Buyers releasing work which lets other users obtain the copyrighted material without paying, and is not trying to infringe upon the artistic endeavors of the Buyer

Buyer may use the materials in any personal non-commercial projects excluding game development art and corporate contests. Buyer may use stock in artworks for non-corporate contests held by private individuals or group of people that are not a company.
Buyer may sell copies printed on paper or on canvas of any derivative works that Buyer created using this work.
My stocks are rendered by ME and are made by ME from 3D models purchased by me from DAZ3D store, renderosity store and RDNA store. These 3D models are licenced for commercial use. Models available in these stores are available publicly for anyone to purchase which means that it may happen you have seen or you will see similar elements in other stock provider's creations. It simply means that they purchased same stuff from same store with 3D models.
